This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and ModifCar AI and governs use of this app made available through the Apple App Store. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
ModifCar AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any illegal purpose.
ModifCar AI offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the confirmed purchase price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
One-time credit pack purchases (Starter, Basic, Pro, Expert, Master, Legend) are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Credits are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
The App uses Artificial Intelligence to modify car images. You acknowledge that AI generation may be unpredictable.

The App is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We may terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate this Agreement.
