Your privacy is important to us. It is ModifCar AI's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our app, ModifCar AI, and other sites we own and operate.

1. Information We Collect

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

Basic information we collect includes:

• Account information (Email, User ID) for authentication via Supabase.
• Usage data (Generated images, credits) to provide the service.
• Device information for analytics and debugging.

2. Data Usage

We maintain generated images and user history to allow you to access your "Garage". You can request deletion of your data at any time via the "Delete Account" feature in the app.

3. Third Party Services

We use third-party services for:

• AI Generation: Google Cloud (Vertex AI) and FAL.AI. Inputs are sent to these providers to generate images/videos.
• Authentication: Supabase.
• Payments: Adapty and Apple App Store. We do not store credit card details.
